Target month to move in first Aspen residents.

Call for building inspections. Prepare for first occupancy.
September 1st, 2008
Install finish materials, carpet, cabinets, etc.
August 1st, 2008
Remove tower crane, finish sidewalk and landscape.
July 1st, 2008
Pour the roof level, set air conditioners, start elevator install.
June 1st, 2008
Pour floors 16, 17, and 18. Wall framing and drywall on lower levels.
May 1st, 2008
Pour floors 12, 14 and 15. Continue glass install and interior systems.
April 1st, 2008
Pour floor 10, then raise the tower crane to higher level, pour the 11th floor.
March 1st, 2008
Pouring concrete decks on 7th, 8th and 9th floor levels. Exterior Glass installation to begin.
February 1st, 2008
Pouring concrete deck on 4th, 5th and 6th floor levels. Steel stud wall framing started.
January 1st, 2008
Poured concrete deck on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor levels. Electrical and Plumbing started.

Poured the basement floor, mat foundation slab (over 1,000 cubic yards)

First concrete foundation micro pile installed

Excavation and demolition completed

Begin demolition of existing concrete foundation elements to make way for Aspen foundation
